The basic idea for this vehicle came from the Justice Dept. Manta Tank, a heavily armed urban pacification vehicle that normally hovers through the streets of Mega City One looking for trouble (see 2000AD, the galaxy's greatest comic, for further details if none of this makes any sense to you).

The vehicle features four cockpits, a large cargo bay, and a BBE* for primary propulsion.
